Shipping Updates
The holiday season is nearly here! We’re so thankful to be part of your pets’ lives and wish you and your family a joyful time. We advise planning your orders ahead for the smoothest experience over the holidays. Please see the below holiday calendar with order cutoff dates for guaranteed delivery. If you need to make any changes to your order schedule, you can do so in the customer portal or by contacting support.
Subscribers: we cannot make changes to your subscription order schedule without explicit permission.

Order Cutoffs
Orders placed after the cutoffs listed below for each holiday week may be held to ship until the following Monday. There will be limited shipping the week of the holiday, but we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates during this week. Due to high carrier network volume we expect delays and strongly recommend ordering in the weeks before or after holidays.
Christmas Week
Our fulfillment partner has strongly recommended ordering on or by December 15th to ensure your delivery arrives prior to the Christmas and New Year holidays, due to carrier and delivery restrictions.
Cutoff for ALL orders: Orders must be placed by Sunday 21st at 5pm (or earlier) to guarantee delivery before the holiday. 1 day transit orders processed on Monday before 5pm may ship Tuesday 22nd depending on the origin warehouse (no TX shipping Tuesday).
New Year Week
Cutoff for ALL orders: Orders must be placed by Sunday 28th at 5pm (or earlier) to guarantee delivery before the holiday. 1 day transit orders processed on Monday before 5pm may ship Tuesday 29th depending on the origin warehouse (no TX shipping Tuesday).
