Shipping Updates

Notice for customers in the following states: AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV 

 

Over the past month, performance out of our fulfillment partner’s Virginia warehouse has been very behind schedule. In order to process your orders in the timeliest fashion possible, we are  moving East Coast orders over to the Nebraska warehouse. This will extend transit time, in many cases to 3 days. We are adding extra ice and know from our West Coast shipping operations that your food is up for the journey. In order to have the best experience, please order in advance and make sure you have a week’s worth of food on hand if possible. Cut-off day for same week delivery will be 10am Tuesday. 

 

We know this is frustrating and believe us, we are frustrated with the situation as well. We are actively seeking a better solution and kindly request your patience in the meantime. As always we are grateful for your support.
